This Triple chocolate cake recipe is done by my junior master chef Garv Gupta. He is fond of chocolates and hence when it came to making his first cake, he decided to make triple chocolate cake without egg.
Ingredients
Whole wheat flour - 200 gm
Sugar - 100 gm
Unsweetened cocoa powder - 20 gm
Chopped Dark chocolate - 30 gm
Coffee powder - 1 tsp
Baking powder - ½ tsp
Baking soda - ½ tsp
Salt - ¼ tsp
Oil - 80 ml
Milk - 250 ml
Chocolate essence - 1 tsp
White Vinegar - 1 tbs
For Ganache:
Lindt Dark Chocolate - 125 gm
Fresh Cream - 60 gm
Butter - 1 tsp
Honey - 1 tbs

The crust of the chocolate cake is covered with grated chocolate. You may also like to garnish the cake with nut of your choice. Walnuts goes best with chocolate and coffee.
